As a follow up action to this thread of message, and CAT-CAT-20-0775-05B, I would like to inform you that our Toolbox Admin could not find the Maintenance Perform Toolbox/Main Menu/Group function to assign the users to the 3rd party manual.<br><br>On behalf of GEEVES (G03) MBF EA Focal (Aviation ID: n3365670 & n3365669), we could confirm they are both toolbox admin; However, they don't have the access to Maintenance Performance Toolbox/Main Menu/Group function. Therefore, they could not access to the Manage Group function to assign the user for the 3rd part manual access. In addition, all of the TB admin and users within G03 could only access to Main Tab in the Maintenance Performance Toolbox homepage, we could not access to SYSTEM, STRUCTURE and LIBRARY Tabs.<br><br>Action:<br>1. Please assist to grant our EA Focal/TB Admin the access to Maintenance Performance Toolbox/Main Menu/Group function.<br>2. Please advise whether we could access to CAPTHY PACIFIC 747-8 manual from ALL NEW MAINTENANCE PERFORMANCE TOOLBOX? ...
